Printing photos on paper and putting them in a wood frame behind glass was the standard for display for decades.
Today, we print on just about anything - aluminum, glass, acrylic, and mount photos for maximum effect.
We were commissioned to provide a photo mural for a new St. Catharines Domino's restaurant. Working with the owner and the Domino's designer, it was decided to go with a local photo of Port Dalhousie. We had a 16 foot by 6 foot print made and mounted on the feature wall.
The designer wanted a black and white print. It's fabulous, but I wonder how much more impact it would have had if we'd printed it in color?
This is the second restaurant we've helped decorate. How might a super-print look in your home, office or pub? Give us a call.
